South Austin is a large area defined as any neighborhood south and west of Ben White Boulevard/Highway 290 and IH 35. Circle C, Shady Hollow, Legend Oaks, Davis Ranch, Maple Run, Travis Country, and Western Trails are just a few of the neighborhoods included in this region.

Once described as the ‘land of never-ending garage sales,’ South Austin is now a popular destination for today’s home buyer. Golf courses, parks and the huge Barton Creek shopping center provide all the conveniences that make South Austin a great home buying destination.
